How do I use Friendly Bacteria Replenisher?
The Pro-Biotics in this formula are chosen because they need no refrigeration, they supply both the small and large intestines with friendly bacteria, and they have the longest history of being proven by scientific studies to be beneficial for the body.
DOSAGE: Take 1-2 capsules every day before bed. Start by taking one, then allow a few days before you start taking two. You will never need to take more than two per day.

Caution:
